Disclosure
Shona is a clinical reflexologist, not a doctor, and cannot provide medical advice or treatment. If you are seeking medical advice, please speak to your GP before booking a treatment or starting any of her self-help techniques.
Client Form
All new clients are required to complete an online client consultation form for a treatment to go ahead. This form is sent out by email at the time of booking your appointment with us. Failure to complete the form will result in the appointment being cancelled. Please be aware no refund will be given if this is not completed ahead of the appointment and it therefore has to be cancelled.
Health Insurance
If you wish to claim this treatment through your health insurance policy, please state the policy number during the initial consultation. You will receive a receipt via email upon booking the appointment. However, if your insurance company requires more information, you can email me directly for further details.
Time-Keeping
Your commitment to your appointment time is very much appreciated, as is arriving promptly for your appointment. It’s important that your appointment time is fully utilised for your relaxation and not impacted by a late arrival. We always allow a little extra time in addition to the actual therapy time, however, appointments cannot overrun the allocated diary time.
Having said that, we know that life has a habit of getting in the way and people get delayed. If this is the case, don’t worry! We will have you feeling relaxed as soon as you arrive and we’ll make the most of the time we have left for your booking slot.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your appointment start time without incurring a charge. If you cancel after this period or fail to show up, you will be charged fully for the session. If you are unable to attend due to exceptional personal circumstances, please contact Shona at: shona@abwr.co.uk to discuss rescheduling your booking.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment start time. If you need to reschedule after that period, you will be charged fully for the session. No Show
Failure to attend the scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the treatment price being charged.
